Jayson Reynolds

Executive Chef

Chef Jayson Reynolds brings over 15 years of culinary and leadership experience to his role as Executive Chef at Hotel Forty Five. His love for food began in childhood and led him to roles in independent restaurants and as Corporate Chef for twelve Lucky Strike Lanes locations in Denver.

He later took on executive positions at casinos in Colorado, Santa Fe, and Las Vegas, followed by consulting and director roles at boutique hotels nationwide. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at a Curio Collection hotel in Alabama before joining Mainsail Lodging & Development in 2024. Chef Jayson continues to elevate hotel dining with creativity, consistency, and a guest-first approach.

Michael Rash Senior

Food & Beverage Manager

Michael Rash is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 30 years of experience across restaurants, country clubs, and boutique hotels. After graduating from The Academy of Culinary Arts in 1997, he began his career in restaurant management before relocating to Florida, where he joined Bar Louie and later Bonita Bay Country Club as Bar Supervisor.

Michael joined the Mainsail Lodging & Development team at Luminary Hotel & Co. and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually overseeing operations at Ella Mae’s Diner and Dean Street Coffee Roastery & Retail. In 2022, he was promoted to lead the Food & Beverage department at Hotel Forty Five in Macon, Georgia. He remains driven by his passion for service, team development, and exceptional guest experiences.
